Our Pet Policy
We can't imagine a holiday without our dogs, and we wouldn't expect you to holiday without them either.
- We welcome up to two dogs, with a $100 pet cleaning fee applying to each stay.
- Please note that we are fully fenced out the back, so there's plenty of space for them to roam and relax.
- Please don't leave dogs unattended for long periods of time.
- Any damage or additional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges.
Things to know before you book
No parties or events
Havana on Pacific is designed for relaxed holidays where family and friends can come together. Parties, large events and schoolies-style gatherings are not permitted.
Registered guests only
Havana on Pacific is booked exclusively for your group. For insurance and safety reasons, only the registered guests included in your booking may stay at the property unless agreed in advance.
Commercial photography & filming
Commercial photography, filming or content creation for advertising, marketing or commercial purposes is not permitted without our prior written approval.
Care for the property
Please treat Havana as you would your own home. We know accidents can happen, so if anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to arrange repairs, additional cleaning or replacements before our next guests arrive.
Personal belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay. Havana on Pacific accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal items.
The pool
Please note that the pool is unheated, so please bear that in mind if you're booking in the cooler months, it may be a little chilly!
